Welcome
Whether you’ve found this space intentionally or by chance, welcome. I’m glad you’re here. As a licensed therapist in California, Florida, and Washington D.C., I provide compassionate, inclusive therapy tailored to your unique needs.
In my practice, every individual is honored and respected, regardless of age, background, ethnicity, gender identity, spiritual path, or sexual orientation. I accept most major health insurance plans, making quality mental health care accessible and affordable.
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are”
If you’re here, you’re likely navigating something that feels heavy, confusing, or exhausting, and you’re ready for support that actually fits who you are.
I specialize in working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ adults navigating trauma, ADHD, and complex relationships, including polyamory and ethically non-monogamous relationships. Many of my clients are neurodivergent, emotionally overwhelmed, and tired of masking, overthinking, or having to explain themselves in therapy.
My work is trauma-informed, collaborative, and affirming of diverse identities and relationship structures. Together, we focus on unpacking old patterns, building emotional regulation and clarity, and creating relationships with yourself and others that feel safer and more sustainable.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable. I know that firsthand. But it can also be a powerful step toward feeling more grounded, understood, and connected.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or simply ready for change, therapy can help you breathe a little easier again. In our work together, we’ll talk honestly about what you’re going through, explore your strengths, and gently create space for healing and growth. You don’t have to figure it all out alone; we’ll move through it together.
-
I provide Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters for clients who may benefit from the comfort, regulation, and grounding support of an animal companion. Together, we’ll explore your mental health needs, discuss how an ESA may help, and determine whether a letter is clinically appropriate.

If I don't accept your insurance, I work with Mentaya, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. If you have out-of-network benefits, Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed. Or I can provide you with a superbill that you can send to your insurance for reimbursement.
