Trauma Survivors
Trauma, whether stemming from emotional abuse, narcissistic abuse, or physical violence, can deeply wound individuals, affecting them at their core. The betrayal and violation experienced in such situations can be profound and enduring, impacting every aspect of a person's being. Healing from this type of trauma is a complex and daunting journey that requires support and understanding. Therefore, it is crucial to work with a therapist who comprehends the intricate ways in which interpersonal trauma can fracture the self and who is experienced in guiding individuals through the challenging process of healing from various forms of trauma. This is a journey I have walked with many survivors and though every survivor’s journey is unique, having a traveling companion who is skilled in navigating through the most challenging parts can be very helpful. You are not alone.
Healing takes place within a relationship of support. For this reason, I strive to maintain a safe environment, build a trusting relationship, recognize the survivor as the expert on their own experience, respect boundaries, and work together with them at a pace respectful of changing needs and capacities.

Psychedelic integration
Psychedelic integration therapy provides a non-judgmental space for support and analysis to those who are seeking or have experienced, a psychedelic experience. Talking with a therapist who is specifically trained in psychedelic integration therapy will allow you to set intentions for your journey, learn tools and techniques for self care, and process the experience. The substances most often used are LSD, magic mushrooms, ketamine, ayahuasca, or MDMA.
DISCLAIMER: This therapist does not provide psychoactive or illicit substances. They do not provide referrals to underground or illegal psychedelic services.

First generation professionals
I am a first-generation Latina, first-generation high school graduate, first-generation college graduate, and first-generation professional. Being at the intersection of race, class, and gender gives me a unique perspective about what ‘First Gens’ go through not only through the educational system or professions but also the experience of being at the margins of what’s expected given various roles. I invite First Gens to my practice to help heal, understand, and validate their experiences all (and always) through a trauma and cultural lens. You, your layers, complexities, and your experiences matter. This is a safe space for you.

LGBTQIA+ ally
I work with LGBTQIA+ individuals who are exploring their identity, healing from past experiences, or simply wanting to live in a way that feels more honest and aligned. While I’m not a member of the community myself, I am a long-standing, deeply committed ally who approaches this work with care, humility, and respect.
Many LGBTQIA+ people carry the weight of navigating a world that hasn’t always felt safe or affirming, whether that shows up in coming out, family dynamics, relationships, or past experiences of rejection or harm. These experiences can quietly shape anxiety, self-doubt, or a sense of needing to stay guarded.
Therapy can be a place where you don’t have to explain or defend who you are. My hope is to offer a space where you can show up fully, feel supported, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and true to you.
